Melissa Swink - owner

I'm Melissa, owner of Savvy CVA, a virtual assistant, administrative consultant, and online business manager dedicated to helping busy entrepreneurs and professionals take their business to the next level and get things done. 

I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and have been around business all my life. My parents have both owned businesses since I was five years old, so you could say our dinner table conversations were often like that of a mastermind group. Before starting my business as a virtual assistant, I worked in operations in the building materials industry. That's not the typical background of a virtual assistant, but my experience gives me the unique ability to truly understand the anatomy of a solid process and how workflows need to be designed for maximum efficiency. While working full-time I attended college during the evenings and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.  

my first business

I started my first business when I was five years old, during the summer before kindergarten. One day I brought all of my craft supplies to the picnic table in our backyard and gathered all of my friends in the neighborhood to make crafts that we could sell from my red wagon along our residential street. We made lots of pet collars and toys, among other things. One by one, people started pulling their cars over to shop at our little craft stand, and we sold out of crafts within an hour. We raised enough money to fund our ice cream truck purchases for the rest of the summer! 

personal

When I'm not being a lifesaver to a client, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our sweet little girl, energetic terrier doggy, and orange kitty. At home you can find me in the kitchen cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner and obsessively timing everything to finish at the same time. Although we do love going to restaurants, we tend to eat our meals at home, especially Mexican and Italian foods.

In my spare time I love to chill out with a glass of wine and a good book, or watch a movie or listen to music with my daughter. On rare occasions when I have several hours to myself I like to put puzzles together and see how quickly I can complete them. I live in a small city and love urban environments, so I love to visit Chicago as often as I can. When I get the chance to do something indulgent, I head straight to the spa for massages, facials, and peace and quiet.

Hello, my name is Alaysha Weatherall!  I am a mom to a little girl, a lover of the mountains and all things crafty!  I have a passion to help other entrepreneurs succeed and take pride in helping them grow their businesses.  With over 14 years of administrative and customer service experience, as well as being certified by Hootsuite in social media management, I am able to assist with a wide range of tasks!  I am excited to be a part of Melissa's team and look forward to assisting you all.

Hello, my name is Jamie Munoz! I live in sunny Glendale, AZ with my husband and our dog Knuckles. We love to travel and are big time foodies! I am a Disney kid at heart which takes us to Disneyland at least once a year. I have a passion for helping Entrepreneurs and businesses reach their full potential and be crazy successful!
